Mission
You are the point of contact for all IT related questions and are responsible for providing professional IT support to the team
You will follow up and be on top of user requests by monitoring the Helpdesk Ticket queue and inform managers of any delays
You collaborate with your group of IT team members and ask for help when you need it to find the solution you will enjoy happily ever after
You monitor the guidelines around copying software and alert management when illegal use is discovered
Responsible for tracking equipment serial numbers, their original and new locations
You are responsible for maintaining documentation of systems and software configuration
You will manage user and system accounts in Windows Server, SQL 2016, Warehouse Management System, and Sage 300
You have the ability to provide end-user training or desktop packages such as Office 365 and Windows 10
Profil
You have experience with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, networking (LAN, WAN), patch management, Avaya or similar IP-based telephone systems, helpdesk tools and ticket routing, system security and data backup/recovery
You have a degree in IT
You are communicative and have excellent organizational skills
You also have good analytical skills
