We are currently recruiting a B2B Customer Service Officer to join a young and dynamic team of one of our clients, a company active in the cosmetic industry and located in Brussels. Create or update commercial agreements and conditions in our current CRM system, and later in SAP, based on commercial conditions templates, as requested by the Trade team or other appointed responsible parties. Create or update approved price lists in the current CRM system and later in SAP, following commercial policy templates, upon request from the Trade team or any authorized party. Handle the booking of manual orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, primarily via phone and email. Manage customer claims and returns efficiently, professionally, and promptly, ensuring timely resolutions. Regularly share relevant updates with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Country Manager, etc.), including order portfolio status and alerts. Collaborate with logistics providers to monitor deliveries and resolve any related issues. Oversee supply chain interfaces and ensure stock reconciliation. Perform operational tasks related to maintaining customer master data. Identify and address any issues with invoicing or output documents. Create and maintain customer master data records. Input customer orders and track their progress, ensuring timely follow-up.
