Extensive experience with large scale integrations of Dynamics 365 CE (Inbound & outbound) and a complex Dynamics setup using multi-layered solutions
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Sales, Microsoft Customer Voice and the broader Power Platform ecosystem (Power
Automate, Dataverse, etc...) - able to built prototypes and proof of concepts if needed
'-Experience with providing guidance around improving reporting and analytics layer for Dynamics CRM is a plus
Work location
The majority of stakeholders will be located in Ho (Evere, Belgium)
Hybrid working is accepted, with around 2 days per week in the Office (Brussels)
