Account Manager/Representative, Joint Replacement | Wallonia

As an Account Manager, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s Joint Replacement product portfolio (Hips, Knees & Mako Robotic-Assisted Surgery), covering the Wallonia territory.

What you will do:
* You will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* You will identify, analyze, and prospect new customers while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
* You will understand the needs of our customers, implement strategies in the sales process, and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
* You will advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating theater when needed.
* You will interact with decision-making units and be a reliable partner for our customers throughout the sales process.
* You will participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What we are looking for:
* Strong commercial background and growth mentality.
* MedTech background, preferably in medical devices.
* Excellent communication skills with proficiency in French, fluent level of English, and basic Dutch.
* You hold a valid driver’s license as this position involves regular customer visits in the region.
Territory: Wallonia
Based location: Any main city of the region, including Charleroi, Namur, Liège, Verviers, Dinant, Bastogne, Arlon, Virton, Marche-en-Famenne
Travel percentage: 80%
