We are looking for a versatile professional with excellent organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to finance and HR. We are looking for a proactive and independent person who is able to coordinate and/or execute various aspects of our business processes.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Finance
1. Drawing up financial plans, budgets, forecasts and reports.
2. Managing financial transactions and maintaining accounting data.
3. Following up the accounting with the accounting firm and the auditor.
4. Prepare and following up on investments and cash flow planning.
5. Prepare the financial appendices to subsidy applications.
6. Following up on sales administration.
HR
1. Defining recruitment plans together with the department managers.
2. Recruiting and onboarding new employees, including posting vacancies, screening resumes and conducting interviews.
3. Managing payroll and employee data.
4. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
5. Handle HR matters and assist in conflict resolution.
6. Develop the company culture (e.g. team building events).
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
2. Experience in accounting and HR.
3. Experience in sales administration and/or marketing is a plus.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant accounting and CRM software.
8. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
9. Very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
