In this position as Operations Manager International Transport, you will: Hold the final responsibility for the international groupage transport and related logistics activities. Develop long term transport planning for the international operations Lead two teams responsible for managing & coordinating operational processes at the administrative level Monitor the KPI's of your department on a daily basis and adjust the planning to address capacity fluctuations Work closely with customer service, warehouse and other operations managers both locally and internationally Establish long-term agreements with subcontractors and oversee their SLA's. Initiate and lead projects aimed at improving KPI's. Be a part of the local management team & Operations Benelux, reporting to the General Manager Mouscron.
