* Manage and process customer orders for pharmaceutical products.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
* Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies, maintaining a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Communicate proactively with customers to provide order status updates and address any potential delays.
* Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency in order management.
Profile
* First experience in customer service, order management or a related field
* Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
* Responsible, rigorous, details-oriented, proactive and hard-worker
* Good command of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of SAP and Sales Force is an asset
