Incident and Request Management
Follow up and resolve incidents, information requests, and service requests within:
Security, Privacy, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) team
Infrastructure & DevOps team
Account management team (handling technical and administrative on- and offboarding of clients)
Change Management
Implement and/or follow up on changes within the aforementioned teams.
Policy and Procedure Management
Draft (based on verbal input), monitor, and follow up on security & privacy policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Collaboration and Support
Collaborate with and provide support to stakeholders and company employees.
Company Overview
The company develops and supports IT systems for the Belgian energy market (Central Market System, Pre-payment platform, etc.). Access to these systems and services must meet certain security and access management requirements.

Demonstrable knowledge of either Dutch or French and a passive knowledge of the other national language. Good knowledge of English. Required level: able to independently draft procedures and professional emails
