They offer a wide range of E2E services based around five areas: Consultancy, Software Development, Infrastructure Services, Hybrid Cloud Services and Managed Staffing. To strengthen the company's footprint and to deliver sustainable and profitable growth, we are looking for 3 Key Account Managers: 1 with focus on mutualities, 1 with focus on hospitals and 1 with focus on energy & utilities, responsible for the full sales cycle, customer satisfaction, turnover and sales margin. These positions report directly to the Unit Director. Follow-up existing key accounts, maintain & develop multi-level long-term relationships. Renew/Cross & Upsell existing agreements. Acquire new customers. Ensure that the provided products and services are in line with customer expectations, this in close collaboration with pre-sales and service delivery. Ensure proper application of the contracts, in close collaboration with the service delivery team. Qualify opportunities and respond to RFP's and consulting requests. Act as SPOC for your assigned accounts. Complete and keep your CRM updated. You have more than 10 years' commercial experience in one of the 3 domains: mutualities, hospitals or energy & utilities. A successful & extensive experience in selling E2E ICT services & solutions. A thru commercial person with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to convince. Excellent communication and listening skills. Autonomy in combination with the necessary team spirit. Ability to develop a strong internal network with all relevant departments. Capable to build strategic relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor. You are a charismatic person who likes to take initiative, is outgoing, perseverant and result- oriented.
