As Senior Project Utilities Engineer, we expect you to: Define the utilities concepts for greenfield projects or extension of bakery plants Calculate Utility and size equipment within Cooling, Heating, Compressed Air, Steam, Electricity, HVAC and water treatment systems, … Develop sustainable solutions, with a high focus on the energy efficiency and the water Continuous search of the new technologies available on the market Develop guidelines and standards for LLBG engineering To prepare/ to revise of the tender documents and evaluation of the tenders for green field or brownfield projects of all sizes To establish the procurement approach to identify and to define the best partners / suppliers to design, to execute and to maintain the utilities systems Review and approve the utilities design developed by the suppliers Supervize On site the installation and the commissioning Develop, revise and approve the utilities technical documentation and assure a good hand over with the plant and operational teams You will report to the Technics Project Manager Our International Engineering team is responsible of the investments projects (Capex) : Both Green Field and Expansion projects of our existing plants on international level. The scope of the Investments projects are Buildings, Technics and Equipments; from the concept to the execution and hand-over to our local team after commissioning. You have a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and have worked preferably more than 5-10 years in the food and beverage or an engineering company, You have analytical skill and have experience with projects as well some operational experience in manufacturing industry You have good technical knowledge and skills, Team player, involved in several projects’ teams, supporting different project managers Empathy is an important value for you You have an important execution power You are resistant to stress, perseverant and result oriented Good communication skills You possess good written and oral English skills, preferably combined with one other major language You are familiar with the Microsoft package, as a minimum Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS project as well design tools such Revit or Plant 3D Travel 50% Based in Europe (Mainly Belgium, Poland, Tchequie, Romania and Turkey) LLBG is a highly ambitious employer who will be investing immensely in different production sites for the coming years.
