What will your role be as a Technical Service Consultant?
You’ll come up with tailor-made solutions for technical issues and develop customizations.

1. Receiving and analyzing tickets
2. Solving incidents
3. Getting to the bottom of errors
4. Analyzing, estimating and developing change requests
5. Collaborating with your functional colleagues to find & develop a suitable solution
6. Presenting and implementing new D365 F&O features
