DataCenter services team
The DataCenter Services team currently consists of 3 members and works within our company as part of Infrastructure Service Management.
Main mission as Service Owner working with Service Provider(s) is:
Maximize stability/availability/security of business critical systems
Improve infrastructure stability to meet business expectation with reasonable cost
Simplify/re-platform/consolidate systems
Manage and challenge Service Provider(s)
Within the team, you will be working as an Infrastructure Service Owner for Middleware and Data-transmissions:
Supporting day-to-day operational activities for:
outsourced WebSphere Application services and servers (Windows)
outsourced WebSphere MQseries services and servers (Windows, Unix, OS400 and Zos)
outsourced AbInitio services and servers (Windows and Unix)
MFT/FTP administration (Windows)
Tdoe administration, a bespoke scheduling tool (on Windows)
Act as Level 3 coordinator and troubleshooter for a variety of functional and technical issues and assist in managing the solutions together with
internal support (a.o. Scheduling, Security, Tda, Enterprise Architecture and Application)

Unix and Linux
Experienced with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Service Now ticketing tool
Any knowledge of MS Azure server will be of value
Team player attitude
Spoken and written Dutch and English
Willing to work outside working hours during implementations
Familiar with working in 'project mode'
