Team Leader HR Netherlands & Belgium

We are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader HR with cross functions in the Netherlands and Belgium.
As HR Team Leader, you have an A-Z responsibility for these employees on an operational level.
HR Country Lead
In your role as HR Team Leader:
* You ensure operational excellence in the delivery of HR services and solutions within the countries.
* You are part of a team of HR professionals in different countries and build a strong partnership with them and the Global HR and Segment Business Partners.
* You are responsible for the implementation, adoption, and improvement of existing or new People Solutions related to employee lifecycle topics.
* You identify the needs of the employees and match these with delivering operational excellence, focusing on local and group topics (onboarding, engagement, people development, employee relations).
* You also take part in the payroll administration, in collaboration with SD Worx, where you prepare the payroll and do the final check after a test run.
* You are responsible for the implementation of all social regulations and personnel information in new hires, condition changes, and exits.
The perfect HR Country Lead:
* Has a Bachelor or Master degree and thinking level, with (at least) a first experience in a generalist HR role.
* Knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
* Is great in HR analytics and anticipating the employee experience requirements.
* Is the face of change and participates actively in support of HR and People change activities.
* Is great in supporting and persuading stakeholders through sound arguments and building emotional commitment to take ownership for People topics.
* Understands business data and uses it to increase the impact of HR systems and processes.
* Asks the right questions to gather knowledge through data insight-driven advice.
* Notices patterns, trends, or discrepancies when looking at information and data and uses these to make recommendations on how an approach or concept can solve a business problem.
* Has an excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language. French is a plus.
