Role Description
Shape and drive client reporting strategy (as focus among other topics within Channels & Digital Services) and implementation roadmap by analysing the needs of our front-office teams to provide comprehensive roadmaps along the planning cycles for both change & run-the-bank perspectives. Support development of front office needs and user journeys from inception to implementation working closely with the agile delivery teams globally, Product Management, and other units Collaborate with engineering teams to manage priorities, backlogs, and delivery schedule. A strong advocate of team work who can create and leverage professional bonds in the organisation for the benefit of the bank, and its clients. Create data-driven insights to derive new business requirements, Sales activities and KPI frameworks. Drive change and increase in customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction across the Digital assets. Manage stakeholder relationship, establish regular communication and information cadence. Act as a trusted partner to colleagues from IT, Front, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Legal, Operations among others in delivering excellence through our offerings. Aid and contribute to the agile growth ambitions of the region. Work constructively with all involved parties in improving collaboration and ways of working. Support in user acceptance testing, change management, and liaising with clients/front office as needed.
Your profile
Professional and Technical
Thorough understanding of private banking client needs, client reporting standards, regulatory requirements
Proven experience in product / platform ownership, project management and delivery
Practical Agile experience in a matrix organization
Applied data analytics experience to derive insights and steer business activities
Experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product, or service
Successfully managed the full product lifecycle, including the integration of user feedback and driving prioritization. Demonstrated capability for problem-solving and decision-making
Triple-A Plus knowledge is a plus
