Are you a creative and experienced Hardware Engineer with a passion for technology and sustainability? At Locinox, you will work on innovative products that provide smart solutions for our customers, such as electric locks, keypads, and gate motors controlled via Bluetooth. In this role, you will be part of a close-knit R&D team, collaborating closely with firmware specialists to deliver the best technological solutions to our customers. Together, you will be responsible for hardware development from concept to finished product.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Developing product ideas into functional, durable hardware solutions with a lifespan of over 15 years.
2. Designing and simulating circuit schematics (SPICE) and complete PCB layouts, for example, in Altium.
3. Testing, commissioning, and validating prototypes, focusing on EMC compatibility and robustness.
4. Analyzing new technologies in electronics and linking them to our (electro)mechanical solutions.
Your qualifications include:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in hardware development.
2. Solid knowledge of digital electronics and experience with EMC certifications.
3. Proficiency in Altium for schematic and PCB design.
4. Analytical, eager to learn, and critical, with a keen interest in the latest developments in electronics.
5. Ability to independently and collaboratively execute projects in a structured manner.
