As a part of the DataCenter Services Team the main mission as an Infrastructure Service Owner and Technical Design Authority and working with Service Provider(s) is
Maximize stability/availability/security of business critical systems
Improve infrastructure stability to meet business expectation with reasonable cost
Simplify/re-platform/consolidate systems
Manage and challenge Service Provider(s)
Within the team, you will be working as a TDA and Infrastructure Service Owner
As a Technical Design Authority
Evaluate the impact of the designs and demands on our DataCenter Services, translate these into technical specs and take necessary actions
Make sure that the infra-components in scope are delivered in time and with highest quality
As Service Owner supporting day-to-day operational activities for:
Windows Servers and system-services, including Citrix
Unix/Linux servers and system-services
Act as Level 3 coordinator and troubleshooter for a variety of functional and technical issues and assist in managing the solutions together with
Internal support (a.o. Scheduling, Security, Enterprise Architecture and Application)
External Service Providers
Business areas and users
Experienced in Managing Service Providers
Knowledge of the following technologies is a must:
Windows
Citrix
Unix/Linux
PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of the following technologies is a strong advantage:
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Service Now ticketing tool
Any knowledge of MS Azure server will be of value
Your personal profile
Familiar with working in 'Project mode'
Experience in Technical Design Analysis
Team player
Willing to learn and adopt to the client's specific processes
Spoken and written Dutch and English
Willing to work outside working hours during implementations
Familiar with working in an international environment
