Job Title: Helpdesk Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Engineer to join our team at Roland Europe Group Ltd. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our European employees, providing technical support and resolving IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log, respond, and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed SLA times
* Provide user training on OS, O365, and application usage
* Escalate issues to other members of the support team or external parties as needed
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, database, mobile device, and telephony issues
* Follow up with external parties to ensure issues are resolved
* Action joiners and leavers according to European user access management policy and SLA
* Maintain the standard for IT across Europe
Requirements:
* Experience in help-, support-, or service-desk environments
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, storage, servers, and virtualization
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English, with Dutch as a plus
