As Credit Management Consultant you support our customers in optimizing their Order-to-Cash process. More specifically, you have a strong focus on correct compliance with our customers' credit management strategy:
1. You perform in-depth credit analyses, determine creditworthiness and thus advise whether or not to accept new customers;
2. You follow up on dunning activities and are responsible for various transactions in terms of customer accounting;
3. You work in a team, led by seasoned professionals and are responsible to support our clients in process, operational and system related issues;
4. Gradually you will become responsible for process optimization projects, often in combination with the selection and implementation of credit management tools;
5. You provide insights into risk management, always with process optimization in mind.
Your profile
1. Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Finance or equivalent through relevant experience;
2. At least 5 years of experience in credit management or order management in a medium-sized company or multinational;
3. You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, as well as a commercial awareness to spot opportunities with our customers;
4. You are communicatively strong and able to work with different stakeholders across departments (finance, sales, marketing);
5. Operational experience with ERP systems is a must, SAP in particular is a strong plus;
6. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in Dutch, English and French.
