Combine strategic commercial leadership with the development and management of high-performing teams in the B2B sector for Volvo Car Belgium
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Overseeing all commercial decisions and actions related to B2B, financial services and diplomatic sales
* Build relationships with leasing companies and rental partners, handle financial services connected to car sales, leading diplomatic sales, targeting government entities such as police departments, municipalities and ministries
* Further build a high performing commercial team, build capabilities and hire talent into the organisation
* Challenge status quo in an overall conservative sector, find innovative solutions for old and new problems, install a forward-thinking mindset in the teams
Job requirements
* Understanding of automotive value chain, preferably experience in B2B sales and leasing with a network within both dealer network and leasing companies
* Commercial management experience and track record in building high performing teams
* Proactive and solution-oriented, leveraging market insights and experience to anticipate and address challenges
* Trilingual in Dutch, French and English
