Support the Belgian entity of a multinational industrial leader in realizing its growth plans.Your responsibilitiesAccounting and Compliance: You ensure compliance with local regulations and group rules in accounting, reporting, and fiscal matters. You oversee and verify the accuracy of financial statements.Budget Managemen t: You lead and present the preparation of the annual budget. You collaborate with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals, and you follow up on budget adherence.Financial and Business Analysis: You conduct financial and business analyses with your finance team based on group and sales/marketing needs. You provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategy.Internal Control: You develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with both group and local requirements.Risk Management : You oversee risk management related to legal, compliance, and GDPR matters.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): You monitor and report on CSR-related KPIs. You support and advance sustainability and social responsibility initiatives.Your profileYou have several years of experience in an end-responsible finance position such as Finance Director, CFO, or Group Controller in an international environment.You combine strong business acumen with analytical skills, enabling you to balance strategic and operational priorities. You support decision-making with thorough analyses, controlling, and risk managementYou have proven experience in managing teams and handling internal and external stakeholder relationships. You communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and French.You are well-versed in compliance, accounting, and tax-related matters.
