Our client is internationally active (SME size) in residential care centers and assisted living groups.
Job Description
Within this role, the CFO will be responsible for the development and implementation of the financial strategy, planning, and risk management of the company.
Furthermore, the CFO will be responsible for:
1. Financial strategy and advisory & business partnering towards senior management and board.
2. Complete finance scope, covering accounting, tax & reporting, FP&A, legal & fiscality, corporate finance with strong relation management towards banks & investors.
3. Establishment of finance structure for realization of M&A.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leading financial function, ideally as CFO or Finance Director. In addition:
1. Master's in economics or finance, or related field.
2. Experience with M&A process.
3. Experience in purchasing and financial management of real estate.
4. Experience in negotiations and structuring of finance and fiscal responsibility.
5. Ideally with experience in the professional service sector, such as hospitality, care centers, catering, etc.
6. Has strong analytics and problem-solving skills, further has excellent communication and ability to maintain relationship management with stakeholders.
7. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
