The mission
As an SAP Functional Analyst / Process Manager, your mission is to optimize business
processes within the organization by leveraging your expertise in SAP software. You will play a
pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of SAP applications related to Plant Maintenance,
Document Management, and Project System. Your focus will be on enhancing efficiency,
streamlining workflows, and contributing to the successful upgrade to SAP S/4 HANA.
As an SAP Functional Analyst / process manager you
Assist the Business Process Owners in their governance role, which aims to assure coherence, process- and cost efficiency, respect of rules and regulations and adoption of good practices
Assist the BU Nuclear in the realization of the IT needs. This is done by (pro-) active capturing of business needs, challenging their added value and translation of these needs into either trainings or functional specifications for IT Delivery
Drive the IT Delivery teams in a cooperative mode, participating in the implementation of applicative changes and projects (either as Business Analyst or as business project leader). Assure follow-up of incidents, problems and changes
Are responsible for the complete documentation set. This packet contains all trainings information and documentation, all help cards and the organization of the trainings
Are responsible for the SAP Authorization process. The management of the end user and privileged accesses, including recertification process

Monitor the delivery of the third party contracted to support the complete SAP ERP: support to the end users, agreed maintenance tasks; annual DRP test, ...
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules
Address production support tickets, enhancements, and user training issues
Execute hands-on configuration, create functional documentation, and conduct testing
Animate the network of SAP Power Key Users within the Business Unit Nuclear
Optimization projects
Participate in optimization projects aimed at improving business processes or assume the role of Project Manager for it
Analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
Work closely with business users to understand pain points and recommend enhancements
Define and implement functional tests
Assist to the business during user acceptance tests
Support the business for change management
Define and follow up of the project portfolio
S/4 HANA Upgrade and other major projects coming up
Play a key role in the upgrade to SAP S/4 HANA
Collaborate with project teams to ensure a smooth transition
Validate system functionality and perform necessary adjustments during the upgrade process
Prerequisites
Trilingual (English - French - Dutch)
3 to 5 years of experience in the (nuclear) energy or industrial sector
Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and document management processes
Expert knowledge of the SAP modules Plant Maintenance, Work Clearance Management, Project System, Document Management System
Customer and result oriented
A good communicator and facilitator
Team player, able to work in a collaborative way.
Security clearance level Secret or able to obtain it at short notice
Familiar with Purchase & Inventory processes, Finance & Controlling processes and their corresponding SAP modules Material Management, Finance and Controlling.
Familiar with data management e.g. data extractions and loads, SQL queries, data processing using MS Access, Excel and other tools, creating reports, statistics, etc.
Familiar with SAP Authorisation processes.
