This is an exciting opportunity to be the AI / ML product manager across Sinch, identify opportunities where AI can play a meaningful role to improve customer experience, work with the individual product teams to develop those ideas, and help get those ideas delivered with high level of trust & compliance. This role reports to the Senior VP of Customer Experience & Growth.
Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities for AI to enhance customer experience.
* Work with product teams to develop and deliver AI-driven ideas.
* Define product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with customers.
* Evangelize AI topics internally and externally, including presenting pitches to leadership and representing Sinch at conferences.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in AI / ML technologies, specifically Generative and Predictive AI.
* 5 years in software development or product management positions.
* Experience collaborating effectively across a large company.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Experience in Communication or Collaboration technology platforms is a plus.
