IT Manager
My client is looking for an IT Manager to head the IT department.
Your mission:
1. Manage the IT team (12 staff) responsible for IT systems across all Business Units.
2. Ensure business continuity concerning IT systems.
3. Set up appropriate IT governance and related KPIs.
4. Contribute directly to my client's vision and plan for IT strategies.
5. Define and maintain the cybersecurity policy and continuous improvement plans.
6. Manage the company-wide IT budget and risks.
7. Recommend, assess, and negotiate IT investments, and monitor ROI.
8. Manage IT subcontracts and closely monitor subcontractors and consultants.
9. Translate business requirements into IT tenders or projects.
10. Drive compliance with applicable standards (ISO, GMP, J-SOX…).
11. Report directly to the Head of the unit.
Your profile:
1. A Master's/Bachelor's degree in IT with broad knowledge and extensive experience.
2. An inspirational leader, capable of managing, challenging, and motivating their team with passion and empathy.
3. You speak English fluently.
4. You are based in Belgium (mandatory).
5. A seasoned IT professional experienced with MS environments, virtualization & backup, and SAP (S/4) knowledge.
6. Strong understanding of cybersecurity aspects and Visual Studio programming environment.
7. Experience with Agile methodology.
8. You have at least 2 years of experience in people management.
