* As Technical Production Manager, you coordinate and coach a team of about 50 production employees with whom you realize the daily production assignments so that planning can be followed.
* Experienced in performing Root Cause Analysis for regularly recurring technical problems (stops of production machines) and fixing these at short notice.
* You take initiatives to improve the quality of internal production processes.
* You ensure that all production data is accurately recorded and followed up.
* As a natural leader, you are able to command respect and are often active on the work floor.
* You follow up production processes on a daily basis and make adjustments in terms of planning, process, and people. Quality, safety, and efficiency are the most important parameters.
* You have an eye for optimizing the machinery and the logistic flows. You take the initiative to propose and direct concrete improvement projects.
* On a regular basis, you consult with leaders of other departments.
* You are a member of the production management team.
* You are ambitious and energized by challenges.
Exigences de l'emploi
* You have a higher technical degree or equivalent through experience.
* You have a strong technical background and preferably experience as a troubleshooting technician.
* Strong People Manager with several years of experience in a production environment, in a managerial role.
* Passion for technology and processes.
* You learn technical issues quickly, have a sense of accuracy, and can make decisions.
* You can work in a problem-solving manner.
* You are flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality) and stress-resistant.
* You are hands-on and practical.
* You like to work with people, to motivate and guide them.
* Safety and quality are self-evident for you.
* Great communication skills.
* You speak Dutch fluently and have knowledge of French.
* You are willing to work in shifts (weekly alternation between early and late shift).
* You are accessible after hours when necessary (to provide the necessary instructions and solutions remotely).
Sacrifice
* An initial 12-month Interim Management assignment, which can be extended to a long-term one.
* Within a 2-3 year time frame, there will be further opportunities to take other senior positions within the company itself or the group they belong to.
