In this role as Retail Area Manager, you have the opportunity to shape the way of living for thousands who renovate their kitchens by working closely with our trade partners in kitchen retail.
A typical day
As Retail Area Manager, you will manage the relation with our key account stores in your area. Together with our Key Account Managers you’ll look beyond this year's sales and into the horizon, always focusing on what will drive growth in the future. That involves building trust through understanding your customer’s needs, ensuring deliveries in a timely manner, resolving any upcoming issues directly and serving as a link between your customer and other teams internally.
On store level, you’ll make sure that your customers and their store personnel have the right education to drive sell-out. You’ll take our accounts to the next level by generating new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships and optimized profitability. You define and manage your work to create win-win partnerships for the long-term.
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
* Assure sell-in activities on dealer/store manager level as per agreed annual plan.
* Assure sell-out activities on store level to store personnel: product training, sales training, campaign sell-in.
* Help dealer to assure right level of sell-out activities to consumers: cooking days, product training, weekend open house & fairs, etc.
* Assure presence of needed sell-out materials (data in kitchen drawing systems, point of sale material in stores, catalogues & pricelists).
* Regular store visits of respective accounts according to mutually agreed plan and store segmentation.
Location for this role is flexible, preferred location in Bergen/Haugesund area. In the role as Retail Area Manager, you report directly to our Head of Trade Operations Kitchen Retail & B2P. Please note that you will be required to travel every week.

Education & experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
* Experience and understanding of market in Kitchen Retail
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent in Norwegian & English
