Key Accountabilities
As a Technical Advisor Bakery, you will:
* Delight customers by conducting bakery product demonstrations and providing high-level training, showcasing our innovative finished goods and concepts.
* Develop cutting-edge products by identifying market trends and collaborating with our business development teams.
* Drive business growth through technical support and fostering strong relationships with customers, helping to identify new opportunities.
* Support product innovation by offering technical input in product development and assisting in product launches.
* Build a strong network with industry partners and contribute to the international technical community.
Who are we looking for?
You have:
* Expertise in Bakery/Pastry with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
* Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to inspire and educate.
* Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive business outcomes.
* Willingness to travel globally (up to 25% of the time).
* Knowledge of ingredients, processes, equipment, and digital tools.
