Your duties: - Provide first line support for international breakdowns: Wherever our customers are in Europe, you will be there to help them and address their concerns. - Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers: So that everyone is always informed about the progress of repairs. - Working together in a dedicated team: You will be part of a team that is committed 24/7 to providing our customers with the best possible support. Profiel -Bachelor thinking level. - Fluent in English, French & Italian (minimum B2 level). - Flexible in working hours: Working in a full-time system is not a problem for you; rather, you enjoy the variety. - Driving license B: You must be able to come to the company independently.
