This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their legal expertise through hands-on experience in a dynamic, cross-border environment that will enhance your understanding of international legal practices and contracts management.You will:1. Draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts, including consulting agreements, engagement letters, waiver letters, confidentiality agreements, and subcontracting agreements.2. Work closely with consultants on a variety of engagement-related legal matters and provide them with legal advice on engagement-related legal issues and on internal compliance and risk management topics.3. Maintain and update contractual terms.4. Collaborate and liaise with other lawyers, contracts counsels, and paralegals in Benelux and across Europe in diverse jurisdictions.5.
