Position: Accounting Assistant
Location: Zaventem
Key accountabilities
* Assist with full charge bookkeeping including all month and yearend journal entries.
* Assist in the compilation and preparation VAT and Tax returns.
* Maintain all client accounts billings and payments. Collection of accounts receivable when necessary
* Keeping records and tracking of all company assets purchased and in use.
* Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and financial analysis reports including but not limited to financial statements, budget reports, accounts receivable reports, etc.
* Working cooperatively with the accounting colleagues in the network.
* Assist in digitalisation and ad hoc project
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent
