Your job responsibilities: Collaborating with different departments to resolve product related queries and identifying valuable information for the Account Managers (LATAM/ APAC). Providing excellent service and sales support to retain existing customers and drive growth. Preparing and following up on quotations and managing contracts for the customers. Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests, such as technical issues, specifications, and certifications. Supporting the sales team in developing and converting new opportunities, maintaining customer records in the CRM system. Profiel You have a Bachelor''s degree, preferably in Administration, Economy, Marketing or Communication. You are fluent in English, spoken and written.
