Job Description: We are looking for a Medior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large organizations and be able to manage a heavy workload efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
Manage internal and external communications in English and French.
Use Excel to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and databases.
Assist directors and teams in coordinating projects and administrative tasks.
Manage personnel files and track HR documents.
Organize and coordinate internal and external events.
Provide general administrative support and respond to employee requests.
Required skills
Experience working in large organizations.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good stress resilience and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
