We're looking for a skilled Senior ABAP Developer - SAP FICO to join our team at Luminus. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and developing SAP FICO or HR solutions that meet business needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP solutions are technically sound and deliver real business value. Key responsibilities include evaluating and estimating the feasibility of solutions, balancing cost, effectiveness, and value.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of E2E processes and be able to lead the technical development and configuration within SAP FICO. They will also advise stakeholders on best practices and ensure solutions are compliant with IT and security standards.
Key requirements include:
* Proven solid technical background in ABAP development, design, and implementation in SAP FICO area
* Familiarity with other SAP modules (MM, ECC, or S/4 HANA)
* Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
* Business proficiency in English, with at least one of Dutch or French
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ready to take on long-term SAP challenges
