Your journey with us To strengthen our team, we are currently looking to recruit a Manager Employment Tax (experience in Payroll incentives or equity or broader reward is an asset). You are responsible for a variety of client assignments and projects as well as dealing with ad hoc queries, often providing expertise in a multidisciplinary environment (wage withholding tax exemption, social security reduction, tax ruling, tax claim, broader consultancy, advisory or project management). You are part of a client service team dedicated to delivering integrated, multidisciplinary HR & Reward solutions to both large multinational and local clients. You plan and execute the projects in accordance with the clients'' specifications, the agreed contract, program schedule, and Deloittes highest quality standards and client service mindset. You are the first point of contact for the client, the Deloitte network, and the project team. You provide accurate resource forecasts and early visibility and mitigation actions for potential risks in your project lifecycle. Together with our client lead, you take ownership of all aspects of the project through the entire project lifecycle, including procurement, contractual and commercial matters, client relationship, quality assurance, stakeholder management, etc. Where relevant, you manage a close collaboration between the Technology Solution teams of Deloitte and the client. You contribute to business development activities, planning and executing targeted actions and eminence program (facilitation of seminars, development of brochures, articles, roadshow, etc.). You develop high performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities. Lets talk about you You are a team player with leadership who engages others, project management and facilitation competencies. You are client oriented. You have relevant experience (minimum of 6 to 8 years) with employment tax, social security and/or rewards matters either as a (tax) consultant, as a (tax) lawyer or as adviser within a payroll agency. Project management experience in payroll related matters and their technology component is an asset. You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset. You communicate fluently in French and English and have a good knowledge of Dutch. You are willing to invest in a work environment full of opportunities.
