* Partner with the HR team to support recruitment efforts.
* Handle volume recruitment with positions across multiple functions and countries.
* Manage recruitment for permanent roles in customer care, marketing, sales, and IT.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, publish job ads, and attract talent through headhunting.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews using Teams and other tools.
* Proven experience in international recruitment.
* Ability to work independently as a freelance recruiter for global assignments.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
