Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on location

Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the operations of a Fortune 500 client in the pharmaceutical industry by enhancing cash and banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key contributor to the Cash & Banking project, you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial workflows and ensuring smooth execution of banking operations, including:
* Designing and mapping end-to-end process workflows, defining roles and responsibilities.
* Assisting in business requirement gathering and process documentation.
* Developing and maintaining detailed DTPs (Desktop Procedures) to align with process flows.
* Implementing process controls to enhance accuracy and compliance.
* Ensuring JIRA documentation is complete and up to date.
* Reviewing technical designs, including WRICEF and KDD documents.
* Creating and managing end-to-end test scenarios, ensuring test execution and coverage.
* Delivering training sessions to testers and management teams.
* Identifying and managing cutover tasks to support a seamless transition.
Experience Required:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
* Experience within treasury, cash management, and banking operations.
* Proven ability to optimize financial processes and implement process improvements.
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
* Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
* Fluent in English; experience working in an international environment is a plus.
