As Business Analyst Warehouse Operations, you will be initially responsible for supporting the business in the field of warehouse and logistical operations. You are part of the international IT team.
Function
You focus on all warehouse-related processes, both manual and automated.
You serve as the central contact point for incidents and changes to be implemented.
You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project managers.
Share best practice models and drive improvement projects, facilitating approval with key stakeholders.
You capture and analyze new requirements, aligning with the team to ensure proper execution.
You reevaluate existing system solutions alongside the team, comparing them to new market solutions for continuous improvement.
You organize knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to secure and reinforce knowledge within the community.
You are responsible for the documentation of implemented processes on the interactive knowledge platform and think beyond warehouse operations to explore correlations with other domains..
you will work from one of the headquarters of LLBG (Ninove, Erpe-Mere, Haaltert.) and report to the Competence Centre Lead.
Your Profile
Master's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of at least one warehousing or logistics module.
Knowledge on SAP S4/Hana, EWM, or MFS is a plus.
Eager to learn, customer-oriented, and able to communicate fluently with stakeholders.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You're willing to travel occasionally.
