We’re expanding our team in Barcelona and looking for a dynamic, motivated professional to help manage and grow our client relationships across our online education platforms, including World-Schools.com and World-Camps.org. This role blends remote flexibility with in-person collaboration in our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with our Community Manager and Senior Management to maintain strong client relationships, swiftly addressing inquiries and questions.
* Subscription Renewals: Oversee subscription periods, ensure timely renewals, and manage subscription-related inquiries.
* Support Coordination: Handle incoming support requests, liaise with internal teams, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
* Upselling: Identify and recommend opportunities for clients to benefit from additional products and services.
* Performance Supervision: Monitor and report on the performance of customers’ listings, ensuring they achieve their marketing and enrollment goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Background: Experience in customer support, account management, or sales (preferably in the education or tech sector).
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and basic data reporting.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to handle questions and issues with a solution-focused mindset.
* Team Player: Enthusiastic about collaborating with diverse, global teams.
