Our purpose is to shape a better tomorrow by improving the way we live today.We currently own and operate over 3,500 bedrooms across 9 cities in Europe and the US.As the VP Brand Marketing, you will co-lead the marketing team and be responsible for developing, implementing, and advancing the strategy, experience, voice, campaigns, and capabilities of the Cohabs brand. This will include overseeing the development and implementation of brand positioning and plans to enhance our brand presence and awareness while contributing to our overall business goals.This critical leadership role will report directly to the CEO.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement a global branding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives. Ensure consistency of the brand across all channels and markets;Oversee the design and evolution of the brand’s visual identity, including logos, colors, typography, tone of voice, and creative assets. Provide strong, cohesive artistic direction;Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to refine and reposition the brand for differentiation, appeal, and relevance;Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of branding professionals, including designers, project managers, communication experts, and other specialists;Manage the branding budget, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective execution of branding projects;Build strategic partnerships with external agencies, consultants, and key stakeholders to support large-scale branding initiatives;Regularly evaluate the impact of branding strategies using defined KPIs, adjust actions as needed, and communicate results to stakeholders.QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communication, with 5+ years in leadership or team management roles. International brand management experience or similar industry background is a plus;Expertise in brand strategy, graphic design, storytelling, and content creation;Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) and brand management platforms;Analytical skills to interpret market data and adapt strategies accordingly;Proven ability to manage teams and nurture talents;Capacity to inspire, motivate, and align creative teams around a shared vision;Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage all stakeholders.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and Sales
