* Ordering and follow up of materials a Lubrizol affiliates in various regions
* Maintaining safety stocks based on rolling forecast
* Supporting order confirmations
* Providing feedback/outlook on customer orders
* Keep NWSM to the very minimum

* Actualize master data
* Communication/ Contacts
* Internal Reporting line to the Regional Supply Planner
* Typically liaises with Scheduling Lead and/or Schedulers from LZ affiliates in other regions, Demand manager and Commercial Stakeholders, Customer Experience Representatives, inter regional peers,…
* External: Partners like tollers and 3rd party manufacturers, warehouse operations, freight forwarders, …
* Essential Role Functions:
* Replenishment and inventory management: The Intercompany & purchase for resale scheduler is responsible for keeping adequate inventory levels of materials imported from other Lubrizol affiliates and materials supplied by 3rd party suppliers. This inventory level assures customer demand can be met based on the rolling forecast and taking lead times into account. The inventory levels are constantly monitored to avoid shortages and Non Working Slow Moving material.
* Liaise with Customer Experience Representative: Responsible for timely confirmation of orders and to timey provide information in case of shortages to allow accurate feedback to the customer.
* Connection with 3rd party supplier: Works with the supplier for buy and resell materials to provide an outlook of our demand based on the forecast in the SAP system and in close collaboration with the demand manager.
* Metrics: The Intercompany & purchase for resale scheduler is responsible for monitoring and driving continuous improvement to the following Metrics:
* Time to confirm an order for materials in portfolio
* Inventory Days of Coverage
* NWSM (Non working slow moving)
Profil
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics Management or other relevant experience with proven data analytics skills
* Analytical skills
* SAP proficiency (including BOBJ)
* Ability to identify and anticipate on potential supply issues
* Passion for excellence and continuous improvement
* Language skills: English/ French is a must
* Excellent communication skills
