FPG is recruiting for a Construction Manager / Deployment Manager / Delivery Manager with current / recent experience in the end-to-end delivery of 4G / 5G radio roll-out projects, with a focus on the customer acceptance process.
Current / recent experience working in Belgium within the last 2 years is mandatory. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
You will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area. The Implementation manager should monitor and plan to secure an efficient end to end SWAP / NEW BUILD of Site (from Accepted sites going through Build and Integration).

Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage the construction delivery process (from Accepted sites going through Build and Integration) to ensure sites/cluster are integrated and accepted according to baseline.
* This position is mainly driving build activities, installation and integration.
* Manage and supervise Approved Suppliers to ensure that activities in the region are performed on-time, in scope and quality: Escalates to Vendor Management and Sourcing if needed and informs Customer Project Manager.
* End-to-end RAN build experience (Acquisition, Design & Construction) preferred but this role is more focused on Construction Delivery / Deployment Delivery.
* Define optimal process to deliver required scope
* Organize, Prioritize, and coordinate rollout activities
* Participates in Internal and Customer Governance meetings to report the status of the activities under his responsibility. Participates in the Go-No Go decision meetings.
* Secures call-off process to issue purchase orders towards suppliers and orders for internal resources
* Secures that work executed is in accordance with customer directives and standards (on time delivery and quality of deliverables) Handle work orders and compensation
* Enforce day to day planning and activities with ASP by following all sites milestones
* Drive implementation improvements, and manage acceptance procedures
* Plan and follow up of quality assurances
* Lead on the technical & commercial commitments for rollout area
Required competence
* At least 5 years of experience with turn-key rollout projects, with interaction with civil work.
* Mandatory – current / recent experience in the Belgium RAN telecom market
* Current / recent experience with Belgium’s companies / projects such as Telenet / Proximus / Orange / BASE / LCC / Tech Mahindra / Ericsson / Nokia / MWingz is mandatory.
* To understand the importance of our client’s customer standards and procedures.
* Experience as a Mobile Telecoms Construction Delivery Manager for other European telecom operators deploying vendor equipment would also be interesting.
* Good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
* You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage the internal teams as well as ASP
* Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
* Delivering results and meet customer expectations
* Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
