Your role
As a Financial & Office Assistant, you play a key role within the company. You will support both financial administration and office operations while working closely with the CEO and the asset management team.
Your responsibilities include:
* Financial administration: processing payments, reconciling VISA transactions, managing invoices for rentals and parking, assisting with annual audits, and VAT recovery.
* Office management: handling documents, keeping administrative records in order, and ensuring smooth office operations.
* Executive support: managing the CEO’s agenda, preparing meetings, and providing general assistance.
* Ad hoc projects: supporting asset management, front desk duties, general secretarial tasks, and assisting the legal department.
Your profile
We are looking for a meticulous, discreet, and proactive professional with a strong financial and administrative mindset.
Does this sound like you?
* Background in finance or administration (experience as an assistant, office manager, or administrative officer with a financial focus is a plus).
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with payments and financial accuracy.
* Bilingual (FR/NL or NL/FR) with a good command of English.
* Independent, structured, and able to set priorities effectively.
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality, given the sensitive information handled.
* Experience or affinity with the real estate sector is an asset but not mandatory.
