Your mission : You will act as a customer service specialist to ensure a high quality end to end customer experience. You will be connected day to day with customers, transporters & factories in order to reply to customer inquiries in the shortest time. You will be responsible for order entry in SAP and follow up, fixing specific problems in order to be able to answer in time to the customers. Claims management will also be part of your responsibility. You will be in direct contact with Credit control in order to follow up the payments. You will assist the Customer Care Center team in administrative tasks. Profil •You have two years of experience in similar function; you are interested in Glass and highly motivated to learn. •You demonstrate an excellent communication with customers and suppliers, and you are customer-oriented. •You like working autonomous and are also team player. •People can rely on your organization and sense of priority. •You are flexible and proactive and able to take initiatives. •You are familiar with MS Office Package and having experience with ERP & SAP systems is a plus. •You have a good spoken command of Dutch & French (B1 min). English is a plus.
