Function
We are looking for an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to help grow our practice. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of Belgian and European regulatory law, including competition law, State aid, internal market legislation, network legislation (energy, telecom, …), public procurement law and contracts with public entities and IP and Technology. In those areas, you will handle high profile advisory and litigation matters before the civil and administrative courts. You will work as an integrated team member under the direct guidance of the responsible attorney-partners and in close cooperation with the other members of our team.
Your skills and experience
* You obtained a Belgian law degree with excellent academic credentials.
* Besides a strong academic record, you ideally have 2 to 5 years of professional experience. Experience in litigation before the civil and administrative courts would be an asset.
* You are a proactive and highly motivated professional. Your legal, organizational and communication skills are impeccable. You are a team player and enjoy a job well done.
* We are looking for a native Dutch speaker, with fluent command of English and French.
