Engagement with Clients:
* Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with your clients.
* Search for and present candidates for their open positions.
* Advise clients on current market trends and the best solutions for their hiring needs.
* Prospect for new clients.
* Negotiate terms and conditions.
