Be-Mobile is a European market leader in smart mobility solutions, headquartered in Ghent. We develop and sell technological solutions for multimodal route planning and electronic toll collection. We also offer advanced solutions to measure and manage the traffic flows to put travelers, cities, road authorities, parking operators and logistic companies in control over their mobility processes.
To strengthen our team, Be-Mobile is looking for a Country Sales Director who is interested in working in a socially engaged environment, with revolutionizing traffic and mobility rights solutions.
As a Country Sales Director you are responsible to further develop and grow our account portfolio:
1. Sales Portfolio Ownership: Drive and manage all sales leads across Belgium (Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia), for regional and local governments within the Traffic and Mobility Rights domains.
2. Client Contacts: Proactively contact clients through direct meetings and participation in industry events and fairs, fostering valuable connections and building long-term partnerships. Ensure customer satisfaction, align solutions with client needs, and nurture long-term loyalty.
3. Bid Management: Support in technical writing and reviewing documentation for large bid management purposes.
4. Deal Closing: Demonstrated readiness to handle deals of all sizes, from smaller contracts (€12k/year) to large-scale agreements (€1M/year), with a hands-on and results-driven approach.
5. Collaboration: Ensure seamless coordination for opportunities, working closely with the Product Managers.
6. Autonomy and Growth Potential: While the role does not include team management, it offers significant opportunities for career advancement, including progression to other roles such as Benelux or Northern Europe Sales Director, or contributing to product management strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Fluency in Dutch and French is mandatory.
2. A higher education degree is required, ideally supplemented with a postgraduate qualification from programs like Vlerick, HEC or Solvay, demonstrating academic excellence through the production of a high-quality thesis or equivalent.
3. A background in consulting or management traineeships is a plus.
4. Sector knowledge in traffic and mobility is advantageous to better understand the complexities of the industry.
5. Possess excellent analytical abilities to evaluate and manage extensive documentation, coupled with outstanding written communication skills to draft, structure, and present critical materials effectively, ideally supported by a background in law or engineering.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with policymakers.
