Project/Scrum Manager (ISM) In the context of the Cloud Migration (initiative), a Project Manager (we call them ISM) is needed to support the Migration of Applications from Legacy to Cloud environment. The Project Manager (ISM) is responsible to coordinate the successful migration of several applications. Applications belong to several Tribes, meaning that a large amount of stakeholders and contributors across the company, have to be managed. Function description Together, there are about 6 ISMs, the ISM follow up closely (=chase and drive) the progress of each application migration, by agreeing with the tribe on the planning, and then keeping it on track, by triggering kind reminders, status calls, proposing pragmatic solutions in case of problems, etc. A series of deliverables are defined and part of the Migration Process: Architecture, Security, Release, Testing,. The ISM ensures availability of all the deliverables, observing scope, quality, costs and deadlines as foreseen in Migration Roadmap. The ISM ensures that all objectives and requirements are taken into account, monitors and manage all risks related to the project, ensure application of the gating principles at the different project stages. You work pro actively in and with the teams to make progress, solve hurdles and deliver. As part of the Cloud Migration Team, she/he contributes to the preparation of the Migration Board, shares feedback/lessons learned with other Project Managers (ISMs) and ensures communication between the business and the different stakeholders. Language requirements English Sound knowledge of English required French Sound knowledge of French is a plus Dutch Sound knowledge of Dutch is a plus Essential qualification and experience Essential Skills / competencies (technical / behavioral ) Experience working in IT Experience in IT project Management Experience working with different stakeholders (Architecture, Testing, Release,) and Agile methodology is a plus. Knowledge of Cloud technology and IT Infrastructure is a plus Capability to report up in a clear summarized way, and as well to work pro actively in and with the teams to make progress and deliver.
