You will be supporting the Customer Team Leader and Key Account Managers with administrative activities and organizational matters, in order to contribute to an effective and efficient sales process and satisfied customers. This for all customers within that customer group, and all categories.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
1. Act as a point of contact for customers regarding administrative and organizational matters, in order to provide continuous service to customers.
2. Coordinate all administrative matters surrounding promotional activities.
3. Check, process, and administer various budget-related documents and information flows.
4. Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately.
5. Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy.
6. Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data.
7. Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested.
8. Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required.
What You Will Bring

1. Administration and support roles.
2. Highly developed customer service orientation.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Fluent in French and Dutch is a must.
5. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly.
