Our partner is a well-established Belgian company, active in the dairy sector with strong expertise in the transformation, packaging, and distribution of cheese and lactose-free dairy products. Following recent international acquisitions and mergers, the company is strengthening its ambition to become a major player both in Belgium and abroad.
To support this growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team.
Your responsibilities
* Negotiate annual agreements and ensure strong commercial relationships throughout the year.
* Influence customers with data-driven presentations that create mutual value.
* Manage customer P&L.
* Collaborate with the category manager to deliver category insights and make recommendations for growth.
* Provide regular customer feedback and suggest solutions to internal teams.
* Ensure smooth communication with other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.).
* Communicate plans to the field salesforce to ensure perfect in-store execution.
Your profile
* Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in Sales within FMCG industries (Retail).
* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Very good command of Dutch AND French (bilingualism is a strong asset), English is a plus.
* Hands-on, team player, enthusiastic, pragmatic and flexible.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
