What will you be doing?
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will analyse client issues and be responsible for software configuration and optimisation. The areas in which we are currently active are:
* Financial ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, e.g. Oracle NetSuite)
* EPM (Enterprise Performance Management, e.g. Oracle EPM/NSPB/PBCS)
* M (Project Portfolio Management, e.g. Clarity M, ServiceNow and Keyedin Projects)
* Supply Chain ERP (ERP specifically for logistics and transport sector e.g. Globis)
* Planning tooling (FP&A as well as supply chain planning, e.g. Anaplan)
You will dive headfirst into a tool such as Oracle NetSuite, with the aim of improving the efficiency of your clients operations:
* Functional and technical configuration of specific client requirements
* Creating and optimising automation processes within the different tools
* Creating reports within tools
* Data migration
* User acceptance testing, writing test scenarios
* Training of super users/administrators for the client (e.g. via demonstrations).
What do you bring to the table?
1. You hold a masters degree and have several (at least 2) years of experience in IT implementation. A diploma entailing acquisition of financial accounting/management concepts (e.g. sales engineer) is of course a major plus
2. You have experience in implementing business software packages such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, AFAS
3. Knowledge and a certain amount of experience in the area of accounting, planning, supply chain and/or budgeting is important
4. You have a clear interest in software and software development, databases, scripting and reporting
5. You have good analytical skills. You are able to approach a problem from different angles and make decisions quickly. However, you are not a dyed in the wool IT analyst, as you like to immerse yourself in the implementation
6. You take a client oriented approach, are empathetic and flexible, and are able to negotiate
7. You have good communication skills, are results focused and are mindful of the added value of teamwork to achieve optimal results
8. You are able to work independently and manage stress internally and externally, which
